Sizing Adjustment (Post-Renovation)

Your recorded size is wrong after a renovation.

You extended or renovated and the recorded property size is now wrong. We review permit status, map the completion-certificate route, handle the developer-NOC requirement and prepare the amendment file. Unapproved works are flagged with the regularisation needed first.
