Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO is licensed as a documents clearing services company. That licence permits us to prepare, review, process and submit documentation on behalf of clients in dealings with government and quasi-government bodies in the UAE.
That is the whole of our activity, and it is what titledeed.ae does: we review your documents, identify the correct route, prepare the file, and route or submit it.
The Dubai Land Department, Dubai Municipality and the registration trustee centres hold and maintain the official property record and make all final decisions on applications. Where our output and the official record differ, the official record governs.
All service fees are invoiced by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO under TRN 105334659700003. All fees exclude 5% VAT, which is added where applicable. Government, municipality, trustee, surveyor and translation fees are passed through at cost and shown separately.
