Rent Payment Safety Note

Why it matters

A listing permit is not a payment check.

The two individual checks (deed verify + landlord ownership) cost AED 598 alone and still don’t cover the four common rental-fraud routes. This does.

Price

Start from AED د.إ 499.00 VAT

Fixed fee confirmed before payment. DLD/government fees separate, at cost.

Fully remote. All fees exclude 5% VAT. This is an independent document review, not an official DLD verification — final authenticity is confirmed through DLD’s own systems. Attestations and translations at cost.

FAQ

Plain answers before you start.

Should I pay rent before checking the landlord?

No — check first. We verify the deed, the landlord’s identity and authority to lease, any active-Ejari conflict, the broker’s licence and the payee account, and give you a Proceed / Clarify / Do not pay verdict before you transfer money.

No. A listing permit allows a property to be marketed; it is not proof of ownership or a payment check. We confirm ownership and authority separately.

We check the broker’s licence and whether the payee account matches an authorised party, so you’re not paying rent into the wrong hands.
