I lost my Dubai title deed — what now?

Does a lost deed stop me selling?
It can stall a transaction later. Replacing it early keeps a sale, gift or mortgage moving.
Is this the same as an electronic deed?
No — if you just need the current e-deed or to convert a paper deed, that’s an Electronic Title Deed Reissue.
