Price

Local case AED 2,499
Overseas case AED 3,699

Fixed fee confirmed before payment. DLD/government fees separate, at cost.

Local tier AED 2,499 · Overseas tier AED 3,699. The overseas tier covers companies incorporated in mainstream jurisdictions with a public, verifiable corporate registry. Structures held through offshore or secrecy jurisdictions, or through countries on FATF or UAE high-risk lists — or whose registry cannot be independently verified — need enhanced due diligence: they are confirmed case by case, may require additional legalisation, and are priced (or declined) only after an initial structure review. Overseas corporate documents need legalisation and Arabic translation, at cost. All fees exclude 5% VAT.

FAQ

Plain answers before you start.

What's the difference between the local and overseas tiers?

Local (AED 2,499) checks licence, registration and shareholding against the register. Foreign (AED 3,699) adds a full ownership-chain review, legalisation status and eligibility for offshore layers.

Corporate-record mismatches block transfer and registration. Finding them early keeps a deal or restructuring moving.

Companies incorporated in mainstream jurisdictions with a public, verifiable registry. Offshore or high-risk structures (tax-haven or FATF-listed) sit outside the standard tier and are reviewed case by case after a structure review.
