Can titledeed.ae change the deed directly?
No. We prepare and review the case file; the official change is completed through the applicable DLD and trustee process.
Is a name change an amendment or a transfer?
Correcting owner data — spelling, passport, nationality, date or place of birth — is an amendment. Adding or removing an owner is a transfer, and we route you to that desk.
What if my update is actually a transfer?
We flag it at intake and route you to the transfer desk, so the wrong amendment case isn’t opened.
